SIMEM Doctoral School Day

The Doctoral School Day (DSD) is an event organized by the SIMEM Doctoral School. The 8th edition of the SIMEM's DSD  took place in November 2015 and it was a great success. This year, the next DSD will take place on the 10th of June and we really hope to see you again on this day.

This DSD aims to bring together all the Ph.D. students of the SIMEM so that they can discuss and exchange ideas about their research topic. Together with the poster sessions, we will have talks from the Ph.D students and prizes will be awarded for the best poster and presentation. We will also have an invited speaker who will perform a plenary talk. This is a unique opportunity to see the work of the SIMEM's PhD students, who will represent their 10 laboratories by presenting their field of research via simple English to a diverse scientific audience.

The day will end with a barbecue at the Eighty, 1 bis avenue de Tourville , 14000 Caen. The entire food and some beverage will be taken into account by the ED .
